About us

100 Fold Ventures was founded by Neil Hess in 2025. He spent 18 years as a middle school teacher before beginning his path as a land investor. He lives in Washington State with his wife Jennifer and son Wyatt. They enjoy traveling (especially to Costa Rica!), swimming, the beach and learning Spanish.
